As a national expert on LGBTQ+ inclusion, diversity, people and culture in higher education, I regularly serve as an independent speaker and consultant to college and university leaders, educational non-profit organizations, research agencies, and private sector companies*.
I design and facilitate custom workshops that serve as learning opportunities to enhance your organization's support for diverse thriving communities. I specialize in workshops centering LGBTQ+ inclusion, learning sessions to guide strategy, and continuing education models to support a growth mindset. I am also available to strategically implement a train-the-trainer model to grow the impact into the future; this latter work is takes place over several months.

I work to help organizations determine areas of strength and growth to ensure that their work to support thriving communities is sustainable and focused.
